Regular Monthly Meeting: Honey Bee Biology presented by UNCG
Please join us at 6:30PM for the pre-meeting meal. You just bring a dish or dessert to share. You will enjoy some quality social time with fellow beekeepers. There are always members arriving early to talk beekeeping. Any friends who have any interest in beekeeping are always welcome.
Starting around 7:00PM Dr. Olav Rueppell and members of his research group at UNCG will present an overview of honey bee biology; information that all beekeepers will find interesting and useful. The topics will range from communication and other behavior to anatomy, physiology, and health related processes, such as the immune system.
